Reservations & Booking Policy

Table reservations for Hide To Gather are subject to a minimum spend and require a 50% pre-payment in order to be confirmed.

Guests with event reservations are requested to check in by 8:00 PM, unless another arrival time has been agreed in advance with the Surf Club reservations team.

Surf Club requests a balanced, mixed-group environment during its events. All-male groups and single male guests are not accepted, while ladies are welcome. Final admission remains subject to the venue's door policy and management reserves the right of entry.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

Dress Code

Hide To Gather follows Surf Club Dubai's signature Boho attire policy.

Guests are encouraged to dress in a stylish, relaxed and event-appropriate way that reflects the atmosphere of the venue. Flip-flops are not permitted during events, and traditional dress is not allowed.

Guests who do not meet the event's dress-code requirements may be refused entry.

Age & Entry Policy

Hide To Gather is a 21+ event.

Guests may be required to present a valid physical ID upon arrival. A balanced ratio of men and women or a mixed group is required for entry during event days.

Entry remains at the discretion of venue management.

Late Arrival & Holding Time

If you expect to arrive later than your confirmed reservation time, guests are advised to contact the reservations team in advance so the venue can assist with the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Surf Club operates a 24-hour cancellation policy for reservations.

If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Guests whose plans change are therefore encouraged to contact the venue at least 24 hours before their reservation.

Parking & Valet

Valet parking is available at the entrance of West Palm Beach, behind the Adagio Hotel.

Guests can also use complimentary self-parking for up to three hours in the Nakheel basement, making access convenient for those arriving by car.
